Daily tickets, at the cost of 200 EUR/day for regular participants and 100 EUR/day for students, will be also available. These tickets will have to be purchased in advance through the on-line registration system. Price of daily tickets include the CD-ROM proceedings, coffee breaks and a lunch, but does not include admission to the conference dinner.
Payments
Payment of the registration fee, hotel accommodation, and any other applicable fees should be made, without charges to the beneficiary, preferably before June 15, 2009.

Cancellation policy
Refund requests can be submitted to the Conference Secretariat. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before August 1, 2009. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
